Shipping

We provide world wide shipping free of charge*! If you are located outside the EU, shipping charges shown at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, non-standard broker fees, or other fees required for Customs clearance in your country. For specific regulations and requirements, we recommend contacting your country’s Customs Bureau directly.

If your country is not listed in the countries we ship to, please fill out the contact form on the contact page and we will help you finnishing your order.

Conditions

If the product is marked "BUILT TO ORDER" it means the production of your product is started when you place the order. This means your order will be shipped as soon as all the products in your order are ready. Depending on the product it may take different amount of time. On some product the aproximate production time might be stated. If you want to know the exact time it will take, please contact us before placing your order.

Return Policy

We accept returns of all products within 14 days of delivery. Shipping/duty cost of the return will be deducted from the refund. If the product you wish to return was marked with "Built to order" there is an aditional fee of 100 euro that will be deducted from refund. When your order has returned to us we will examine all products to see if they are not damaged in any way. If they are damaged the price of the damage will be detucted from the refund. 

If your order is damaged in any way when you recieve it please take pictures and contact us asap by filling out the contact form on the contact page.
